Amanda’s relationships with bankruptcy and restructuring attorneys span the nation as a result of her practice and involvement in the bankruptcy community. Amanda practiced bankruptcy and restructuring law in multiple legal markets for over five years. Amanda also co-chaired the DFW Network of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) for three years and forged relationships with members at the national and local levels.
By practicing law outside of Texas for almost four years and then returning to Texas to practice, Amanda experienced all of the details involved with a lateral move to another state or legal market. Amanda enjoys sharing her experiences with lateral attorneys relocating to another legal market, and over 70% of Amanda’s placements consist of attorneys relocating to another legal market.
